汽车电动助力转向控制系统的研究

【摘要】 研究了汽车电动助力转向控制系统的总体结构.介绍了以16位定点DSP为核心的控制器的结构特点;建立了以方向盘转角为输入和转矩信号为输出的控制系统模型;分析了控制策略中的三个关键模块:预估模块、助力控制模块以及回正模块的作用;采用B样条插值的方法设计电机助力曲线,可按照用户的要求设计任意形状的助力曲线,以满足不同车型和不同用户的要求.按照以上要求开发出了汽车电动助力转向控制器,装车试验表明,助力效果明显、手感及平稳性满足设计要求.

【Abstract】 electric power steering system (EPS) is a new direction of automotive power steering system. The main frame of EPS was studied. The controller based on 16?bit fixed pint DSP was introduced. The control system model whose input was steering rotational angle and the output was torque signal was set up. Three principal modules of the control module in the control strategy, the predicted module, the power assistant module and the return control module, were discussed. The assistant curves of the motor is designed by suing the B-splint, so that any kind of custom built assistant curve can be designed to meet the requirements of different kinds of automobiles and users. According to the above requirements, the automobile EPS controller was developed and tested on automobile. The result showed that it was stable, credible and handled well.
