电站锅炉优化吹灰模糊模型的研究
Research on fuzzy model for the soot blowing optimization in utility boilers
【摘要】 分析了以机组各受热面洁净因子(CF)值作为唯一受热面积灰监测参数的电站锅炉优化吹灰方法,针对该方法的不足之处提出了一种以各受热面CF值、壁温、负荷为输入,吹灰置信度为输出的优化吹灰模糊模型,并用该模糊模型对省煤器表面积灰程度进行计算机仿真,结果表明该模型可有效避免监测结果由于热工参数的动态变化引起的结果异常波动对吹灰控制的影响,监测结果的可靠性更高,适用于对电站锅炉受热面积灰的监测.
【Abstract】 The online monitoring of fouling of utility boils was analyzed. Owing to the shortage of this method, a new fuzzy model of optimized soot blowing monitoring system was built. The input parameters were CF, wall temperature and load and the output one was the degree of confidence of soot blowing. The model was used to simulate the ash degree of economizer surface. The effect of dynamic thermal parameters on soot blowing control was avoided. The monitoring result is more reliable and suitable for the fouling process of heating surface.
