【摘要】 改进了MinxinShen等人的算法,在进行任务分配的时候增加了一个非常重要的因素:员工对任务的感兴趣程度,用五个模糊数表示程度不同的五个等级,给出该因素在任务分配中的算法,并设定一个调整系数,来调整此项因素在任务分配时的影响程度.改进后的算法由四个因素(能力、社会关系、任务之间的关系和员工对任务的感兴趣程度)决定一次任务分配,经数据比较证明此算法提高了员工在任务分配中的自主性.更多还原

【Abstract】 The method by Minxin Shen et al was improved and the employee′s interest in his work promoted. Five fussy numbers were given to represent five different levels of interest and the evaluation procedure with an adjusting coefficient to adjust the influence level of the interest in the task assignment was also given. There are four elements in the improved algorithm-capability, social relationship, existing task and the interest for the task. All of them can evaluate the stability of individual workers in specific task. This algorithm increases workers′ decisive power in task assignment.更多还原
