【摘要】 该文从研究居住性历史街区的特征入手,着重分析居住性历史街区再利用的价值基础,并进行再利用的成本效益评价。

【Abstract】 With the study of characteristics of historical living street blocks, the paper mainly analyzes the value of historical living street blocks reuse and makes the analysis of cost and benefit about it.
