微波对提取万寿菊花中黄酮类化合物的影响

【摘要】 以万寿菊花为原料,研究了应用微波技术提取黄酮类化合物的工艺条件.通过正交试验,得出的最优化提取条件为:微波份额为P3,时间为50s,料液比为1g∶15mL,pH值为10,提取二次.从而开辟了一条以水为溶剂提取黄酮的新途径.

【Abstract】 This article studies the application of microwave technique,the process of which is that flavonoids were extracted by water as the solvent from flowers of Tagetes erecta with microwave treatment.The best parameters of extraction technique was determined through orthogonal experiment with the conclusion that the power of microwave is P3;the time of microwave treatment is 50s;the ratio of liquid to solid is 1g∶15ml;pH=10,2 times of extraction.
