【Abstract】 The current situation of investment in the ports of our country of transnational shipping enterprises is introduced,and the important role that the government policies play in attracting the investment of shipping enterprise is analyzed. The game model is set up between preferential policy and the investment of enterprise. Through the analysis of the game model, relevant conclusion is made,and applied to the practical cases.
