嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌在下呼吸道感染中的耐药分析

【摘要】 目的探讨嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌的耐药特点。方法用API20E细菌鉴定系统对临床送检的痰标本进行分离鉴定,获得22株嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌,用ATB G-5药敏卡对其进行抗菌药物敏感试验。结果嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌对亚胺培南、氨基糖甙类抗菌素及大部分β-内酰胺类抗菌素的耐药率为100%,复方新诺明耐药率81.9%,环丙沙星72.7%,哌拉西林+他唑巴坦45.4%,替卡西林+克拉维酸27.2%。结论该菌耐药情况十分严重,而且各地区耐药情况差异很大,应建立本地菌株的药谱,并尽早根据药敏情况选择用药。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antibiotic resistance features of stenotrophomonas maltophilia(SMA).Method With API 20E system,the bacteria were isolated and identified from sputa specimens,which were sent by clinical departments,collected from patients with lower respiratory tract infection.22 strains of SMA had been isolated and tested with ATB G-5 strips for their susceptibility to antibiotics.Results Antibiotic resistance existed in 100% of those 22 strains,when tested with drugs as Imipenem,Aminoglycosides,and most of Penixicillins or Cephalosporins,in 81.9% with SMZ/TMP,in 72.7% with Ciprofloxacin,in 45.4% with Piperacillin/Taz,and in 27.2% with Ticarcillin/Clavu.Conclusions The drug resistance of SMA was extremely severe.Among different areas the drug resistance was obviously different.A spectrum of drugs used to control the local strains of SMA should be established.Treatment based on drug susceptibility test should be adapted as soon as possible.
