衡阳地区淋病奈瑟菌流行株对大环内酯类药物敏感性的研究
Study on the Susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae Epidemic Strains to Macrolides in Hengyang
【摘要】 目的了解淋病奈瑟菌流行株对大环内酯类药物的敏感性,为淋病的防治提供实验依据。方法采用琼脂稀释法对分离出的101株淋球菌流行株进行了药物敏感性测定。结果在测定的4种大环内酯类药物中,淋球菌对阿奇霉素敏感性最高,达100%;其次为罗红霉素,为96.04%。交沙霉素耐药率最高,达36.63%;红霉素耐药率其次,为20.79%;罗红霉素耐药率仅为3.96%。结论阿奇霉素可作为衡阳地区淋病治疗的首选药物,罗红霉素可作为淋病治疗的替代性药物。淋球菌对大环内酯类药物有一定的不完全交叉耐药性。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the antibiotic susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae epidemic strains to macrolides in Hengyang and provide a referrence for the prevention and treatment of gonorrhea. Methods 101 gonococcal isolates obtained from 2003 to 2004 in Hengyang city , Hunan province , were tested for their susceptibilities to macrolides using agar dilution method. Results Of all these 4 macrolides, the higher susceptibilities to gonococci were azithromycin and roxithromycin, in turn , the percentages of susceptibility were 100%, 96.04% , respectively .On the other hand , the higher resistances to gonococci were josamycin, erythromycin and roxithromycin, the percentages of resistance were 36.63%, 20.79% 3.96%, respectively. Conclusion Azithromycin can be used as first-line agents to cure gonorrhea and roxithromycin used for alternative agents. Neisseria gonorrhoeae has some certain cross-resistance to macrolides.
