【摘要】 目的　提取黄花菜中总黄酮并初步观察总黄酮的清除羟自由基和抑菌作用。方法　总黄酮提取采用乙醇索氏提取器粗提 ,聚酰胺柱层析精制 ;采用比色法测定总黄酮对OH·的清除作用 ,采用细菌培养抑制法检验总黄酮的抑菌作用。结果　黄花菜总黄酮对OH·清除率可达 48.7% ,总黄酮对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念球菌抑制率随含量增加而增大。结论　黄花菜总黄酮对OH·有良好的清除能力 ,对细菌生长有抑制作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study extraction of flavonids in hemerocallis citrina baroni and its medical effects. Methods Flavonids was isolated by Soxhlet extracted method with ethanol ,and purificated by absorbent with Polymide column and eluted with hot ethanol. Results Scavenge rate to OH· with the HCBF were 38.7%. The killing rates of Staphylocaccus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans for 30 min at 37℃ were 30.25%,48.12% and 61.22% ,respectively; and its germicidal efficacy increased with containing. Conclusion The HCBF was shown with scavenging action to OH·and germicidal effect.更多还原
