【摘要】 目的探讨螺旋CT、高分辨率重建CT(HRCT)检查对视神经管骨折的诊断意义。方法对外伤性视神经患者15例行视神经管HRCT扫描,骨算法重建。结果有5例为双侧视神经管骨折,7例为单侧视神经管骨折,3例未发现骨折。其中视神经管内壁骨折5例,外壁骨折3例,视柱骨折1例,上壁骨折2例,下壁骨折1例。结论HRCT检查可显著地提高对视神经管骨折的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the diagnostic value of optic canal fracture with high resolution CT(HRCT) scan technology.Methods 15 cases of optic nerve trauma were performed with HRCT scan and bone arithmetic reconstruction. Results 5 cases double optic canal fracture,7 case single optic canal fracture,3 cases not found any fracture sign.In which 5 optic canal inboard wall fracture,3 optic canal outboard wall fracture,1 visual cone fracture,2 upper wall fracture and 1 down wall fracture.Conclusion HRCT scan technology can improve detectable rate of optic canal fracture perfectly.更多还原
