【摘要】 目的评价反复自然流产不孕患者的封闭抗体水平,观察应用淋巴细胞疗法的治疗效果。方法反复自然流产2～8次的不孕患者(n=370),采用补体依赖细胞毒试验检测封闭抗体水平,应用淋巴细胞疗法作免疫治疗(n=104),随访妊娠结局。结果370例反复自然流产的不孕患者,检出封闭抗体阴性273例,阴性率73.8%,其中16例流产4～8次的患者,封闭抗体阴性13例,阴性率81.3%。免疫治疗的104例患者,再次流产10例,宫外孕5例,继续妊娠89例。结论反复自然流产不孕患者中存在较高的封闭抗体阴性率,流产次数多的患者易检出封闭抗体阴性,淋巴细胞免疫治疗对一部分反复自然流产不孕患者有疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the level of blocking antibody and evaluate the efficiency of immunotherapy for infertile patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods 370 infertile women with recurrent spontaneous abortion were determined their levels of blocking antibody by using the complement-dependent cytotoxic test.102 patients with negative blocking antibody were treated with the husband’s T-lymphocyte immunotherapy.Results Among 370 patients,273 cases had negative blocking antibody,and the incidence was 73.8%.For 16 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion 4~8 times,13 cases were lack of blocking antibody,the incidence is 81.3%.After immunogherapy in 104 patients with negative blocking antibody,abortion again 10 cases, extrouterus preganancy 5 cases,89 cases obtained successful pregnancies.Conclusion Patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion would have high rates of negative blocking antibody.Immunotherapy on the patients would be effective.更多还原
