【摘要】 目的观察小剂量左旋甲状腺素对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者的治疗作用。方法对30例亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者,给予小剂量左旋甲状腺素治疗,比较治疗前后患者的临床症状和血脂的变化。结果治疗后患者血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白及载脂蛋白B比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),部分患者的症状缓解。结论小剂量左旋甲状腺素可明显降低亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的血脂,缓解部分患者的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of low dose levothyroxine treatment on the patients with subclinical hypot hyroidism.Methods 30 subclinical hypothyroidism patients were trea ted by low dose levothyroxine,after treatment the serum lipids and thesymptoms were compared with those before treatment.Results After treatment the levels of serum total cholesterol,low densitylipo-protein and ApoB were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),patients showed a-melioration in symptoms.Conclusion The low dose levothy roxinetreatment on the patients with subclinical hypothyroidism could sinificantly decrease the serum lipid level and ameliorate the symptom.更多还原
