【摘要】 目的了解卖淫妇女有关生殖健康知识掌握情况和行为状况、生殖健康风险,探讨针对性健康教育干预措施。方法采用匿名、自填式问卷调查,对某收容教育所的534名卖淫妇女进行生殖健康知识和行为的调查。结果该人群中64.98%的人来自农村,87.08%的人来自外地,83.71%的人为初中以下学历;对怀孕知识回答较好,但对避孕、不孕症、健康风险知识回答较差;初次发生性行为的平均年龄为18岁,初次性交时75.47%的人未采取任何避孕措施,只有13.48%的人使用避孕套;67.60%的人发生过意外怀孕,45.51%的人做过人工流产;87.83%的人希望获得有关知识。结论被调查人群大多来自农村,流动性大,文化程度低,生殖健康知识水平低,自我保护意识和能力较差,面临的生殖健康风险严重,急需加强健康教育干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the level of reproductive health knowledge,characteristics of behavior,reproductive health risk and so on mastered by prostitutes in reeducation center,and explore the medods of reproductive health education and sexual behavior interventions.Methods 534 prostitutes in reeducation center were surveyed about reproductive health knowledge and praxiology by answering questionnaire in writing without recording names.Results In the population,64.98% come from countryside, 87.08% prostitutes’ hometowns were in other city and 83.71% had the educational background under secondary school;they had low level about reproductive health knowledge,and the poor consciousness and capability to protect themselves;the average age having the first sexual behavior were 18,and there were 75.47% prostitutes without taking any contraception measure at accident conceived,13.48% prostitate using condoms, 67.60% prostitates had unexpected pregnancy,45.51% once artificial abortion,and 87.83% women wanted to learn correlated health knowledge.Conclusion The population faced serious reproductive health risk,and it is very necessary to enhance halth education,health counseling and sexual behavior interventions.更多还原
