极大螺旋藻胞内多糖IPSⅡA对小鼠移植性肿瘤抑制作用的初步研究
Effects of the inopolysaccharide from Spirulina maxima on tumor-bearing mice
【摘要】 目的研究极大螺旋藻胞内多糖IPSⅡA对小鼠S180肉瘤的生长抑制作用。方法建立S180腹水瘤、 实体瘤模型,通过不同途径给予IPSⅡA,测定腹水瘤小鼠的生命延长率以及实体瘤小鼠的瘤重、白细胞数、胸 腺指数和脾指数。结果IPSⅡA对S180肉瘤有一定的抑制作用,提前给药,抑制作用更显著,而且腹腔注射比 灌胃效果更好。结论提前腹腔注射IPSⅡA,能显著延长荷S180腹水瘤小鼠的生存时间,并且抑制S180实体瘤 的生长。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of the inopolysaccharide from Spirulina maxima (IPSⅡA) on tumor-bearing mice.Mothods The sarcoma 180(S 180) was transplanted in the abdominal cavity and armpit of mouse and then the survival time, the tumor weight, leukocyte count and the immunity index of the tumor-bearing mice treated with IPSⅡA were measured and compared with the control group. Results and ConclusionThe results showed that medication of IPS IIA ip in advance could obviously inhibit the tumor growth and prolong the survival time of the tumor-bearing mice.
