【摘要】 目的观察穿心莲内酯对铜绿假单胞菌密度域值感应系统(QS系统)调控的毒力因子的影响。方法分别测定穿心莲内酯对铜绿假单胞菌生长曲线、绿脓菌素、胞外蛋白水解酶活性的影响,同时检测穿心莲内酯对QS系统双突变株PAOJP2蛋白水解酶活性的作用。结果穿心莲内酯组与对照组铜绿假单胞菌生长未表现出明显差异。12.5mg/ml穿心莲内酯能明显抑制绿脓菌素的分泌和胞外蛋白水解酶活性。穿心莲内酯对PAOJP2胞外蛋白水解酶无明显影响。结论穿心莲内酯可能通过抑制铜绿假单胞菌毒力因子产生而实现抗感染作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of andrographolide on virulence factors production in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods Growth rate, pyocyanin and proteolytic activity were measured with or without the presence of andrographolide. The effect of andrographolide on proteolytic activity in PAO-JP2 was investigated simultaneously. Results No significant difference was found between the growth of PAO1 in the andrographolide culture and that of the control. The production of pyocyanin and proteolytic activity were completely suppressed in P.aeruginosa cultures with the presence of 12.5 mg/ml andrographolide. However, no effect on proteolytic activity was observed in PAO-JP2. Conclusion The inhibiting effect of andrographolide on virulence factors production in P.aeruginosa may play a role in its anti-infection activity.更多还原
