【摘要】 目的　观察附红细胞体对非洲绿猴肾细胞(Vero细胞)生长的影响。方法　取附红细胞体感染病人的全血与 Vero细胞共同培养;细胞培养物进行SDS PAGE蛋白质电泳。结果　附红细胞体感染Vero细胞后,Vero细胞形态改变;蛋白 质电泳图谱显示附红细胞体阳性培养物较阴性培养物多三条蛋白条带。结论　附红细胞体附着Vero细胞并引起Vero细胞 形态改变,附红细胞体存在分子量分别为18.4kD、25.0kD和45.0kD的三种蛋白。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of Eperythrozoon on growth and morphology of Vero cells cultured in vitro.Methods Vero cells were cultured in vitro with whole blood isolated from patient infected by Eperythrozoon. SDS-PAGE electrophoresis of precipitate of Vero cells infected with Eperythrozoon was carried out.Results After being infected with Eperythrozoon, Vero cells changed their morphology. SDS-PAGE electrophoresis revealed that addition three specific fragments of Eperythrozoon of protein ingredient of the infected Vero cells were found with molecular weight being 18.4 kD, 25.0 kD and 45.0 kD respectively.Conclusion Eperythrozoon maybe adhere on Vero cells and change morphology of Vero cells. Eperythrozoon contains three proteins of 18.4 kD, 25.0 kD and 45.0 kD.更多还原
