镉在大菱鲆体内蓄积规律及对生长和食品安全影响初探

【摘要】 采用鱿鱼、头足类及其加工下脚料等高含镉原料配制饲料喂养大菱鲆亲鱼,发现诱食效果较好、鱼体增重较快,但一年后出现死亡率增高的现象。经解剖观察,死鱼的肝、肾、胰腺、胆等均有不同的病变现象。研究镉在其体内蓄积规律,发现镉在鱼的肌肉、肝脏、肾脏中的含量分别是饲喂普通饲料养殖大菱鲆的4~9倍、6~9倍和5~10倍,且死鱼的镉含量高于活鱼;镉在鱼肝脏和肾脏中的含量分别是肌肉中的100~400倍,是主要的蓄积器官和靶器官。高含镉饲料可能对养殖大菱鲆健康生长和食品安全卫生造成严重影响。

【Abstract】 Home-made fish feed with high cadmium content squid and its offal as ingredient showed a better attraction for turbot, after one year’s feeding experiment, it was observed that turbot had a positive growth performance but higher mortality. The dissection and analysis indicated that various pathological changes occured in liver,kidney,pancreas,gallbladder and other organs, the cadmium contents in the muscle,liver and kidney of the turbot are 4~9 times,6~9 times and 5~10 times than that of the turbot fed with commercial feed, the cadmium content was higher in dead fish than in living fish; in liver and kidney, cadmium contents were 100~400 times than that in muscle respectively, which indicate they were the main accumulation and target organs. High cadmium content feed may have a great influence on the health growth and food safety of turbot.
