大弹涂鱼急性镉中毒对脾脏4种同工酶表达的影响

【摘要】 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(PAGE)电泳法研究了镉对大弹涂鱼(Boleophthalmus pectinirostris)脾脏的酯酶(EST)、过氧化物酶(POD)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)表达的影响。结果表明,在急性中毒条件下,与空白对照组相比,25、50 和75 mg/L 3 个处理组的4 种同工酶均有特异性酶带出现,各种酶活性也有显著变化。本文探讨了急性镉中毒对大弹涂鱼脾脏4 种同工酶表达的影响,以及大弹涂鱼脾脏的同工酶标记用作海洋环境生态毒理学指标的可行性。

【Abstract】 The effects of cadmium ion on the expression of four varieties of isozymes (EST, MDH, POD and SOD) in spleen of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris were examined using polyarylamide gel electrophoresis. The results indicated that compared with the control group,four variaties of isozymes in three treat ment groups with the concentration levels∶25,50 and 75 mg/L respectively appear particular expression patterns in the situation of acute toxicosis. Emzyme activity variations of four varieties of isozymes at three levels were significant. The effects of cadmium ions on the expression of isozymes and feasibility of using isozymes as biomarkers of marine ecotoxicology were discussed.
