【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for determination of formaldehyde in aquatic products by steam distillation and pre-column derivatization was developed. The detection limit was 7.20 μg/L in distillation liquid and 0.20 mg/kg in samples, and recovery was 90.00%~104.48%. The method shows good linear relationship, strong speciality, and good repetition. This method is available to determine the formaldehyde in aquatic products with satisfactory results.更多还原
