毛蚶人工育苗技术

【摘要】 根据对毛蚶性腺发育、产卵孵化、浮游幼虫及稚贝习性等的研究,初步探索了其人工育苗中主要技术环节。2龄毛蚶全为雄性或雌雄同体,3 龄以上群体雌性占 70%以上。26.6~27.4℃,受精卵22h发育到D形幼虫;26.5~23.0℃,D形幼虫经过 15 天发育到眼点幼虫;25.0~20.0℃,投附着基13天左右稚贝壳长达到600μm时,可以出池到室外进行中间育成。

【Abstract】 Based on the studies on the sexual gland development, breeding, larvae and spat habit of Scapharca subcrenata, summarizes the artificial breeding techniques. 2 years-old Scapharca subcrenata is all male or hermaphroditic. The female ratio of clams older than 2 years is above 70% in. At water temperature of 26.6~27.4℃, fertilized eggs grow into D-larvae within 22 hr. At 26.5~23℃, from D-larvae to eye larvae is 15 days. The seeds shell of a shell length of about 600μm maybe moved away to shrimp pond or sea for middle culture in about 13 days after putting spat collector.
