秋茄胚轴油化学成分的气相色谱/质谱法分析

【摘要】 用乙醚提取出秋茄胚轴油,经气相色谱-质谱联机分析,分离出 36 个峰,鉴定出 32 种化合物,主要是二十四烷酸,1,2-环氧十九烷、二十九烷、二十二碳二烯酸等,占总面积的86.89%。

【Abstract】 The oil in kandelia fruit was extracted by ethoxyethane. According to the analysis by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, more than 36 Peaks were separated and 32 compounds were identified. The identified constituents represent 86.89% of the peak area of the oil. The main compounds were n-tetracosanoic acid, 1,2-epoxynonadecane,nonacosane, docosadienoic acid,etc.
