【摘要】 目的探讨原发性和转移性卵巢肿瘤中粘蛋白MUC5AC的表达及临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测90例原发性卵巢肿瘤和30例转移性卵巢肿瘤组织中粘蛋白MUC5AC的表达。结果①原发性良性、交界性、恶性卵巢肿瘤MUC5AC的阳性表达依次为55%(11/20)、50%(10/20)、22%(11/50),P=0.0044;②粘蛋白MUC5AC的表达与组织学类型、病理分级相关(P<0.05),与年龄、肿物大小、FIGO临床分期无关(P>0.05);③粘蛋白MUC5AC在来源于胃、结肠的转移性卵巢肿瘤的阳性表达依次为60%(9/15)和13.33%(2/15),P=0.008;④原发性肿瘤与来源于胃的转移性肿瘤(P=0.010),来源于胃的转移性肿瘤与原发性肿瘤和来源于结肠的转移性肿瘤(P=0.004)有显著差异,原发性肿瘤与转移性肿瘤、原发性肿瘤与来源于结肠的转移性肿瘤无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论粘蛋白MUC5AC在原发性肿瘤中呈下调表达,MUC5AC对来源于胃的转移性卵巢肿瘤有鉴别意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of mucin MUC5AC in primary and metastatic ovarian tumor and its clinical pathological significance.Methods The expression of mucin MUC5AC was detected in primary and metastatic ovarian tumor by immunohistochemical SP method.Results ①The positive rate of MUC5AC in benign ovarian tumor,borderline ovarian tumor,ovarian cancer were 55%,50% and 22%,respactively(P=(0.0044));②Expression of MUC5AC was associated with histological type,pathological grade,but no with age,tumor size,FIGO stage.③Expression rate of MUC5AC in metastatic ovarian tumor originated from gastric origin and intestinal origin were 60% and 13.33%;④There was significant difference between primary ovarian tumor and metastatic ovarian tumor originated from gastric origin.There was significant difference between metastatic ovarian tumor originated from gastric origin and primary ovarian tumor,metastatic ovarian tumor originated from intestinal origin.There was no difference between primary ovarian tumor and metastatic ovarian tumor.(Conclusion) Expression of mucin MUC5AC declined is primary ovarian tumor.MUC5AC may be useful in differential diagnosis of metastatic ovarian tumor originated from gastric origin.更多还原
