【摘要】 目的探讨小儿泌尿系结石的病因、诊断、治疗方法以及手术的并发症。方法结合文献并通过对本组统计的117例泌尿系结石患儿情况,分析本病的发病特点、诊断治疗方法和术后并发症的产生原因。结果本组117例结石患者,多来自偏远农村,经超声及X线平片等确诊,以往的治疗以开放性手术为主,近年趋向于微创手术,术后较少并发症。结论小儿泌尿系结石有一定特殊性,多可获得满意的疗效,微创治疗为其发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the etiology, diagnosis, treatment and the surgical complications of pediatric urolithiasis. Methods We analyzed the specialty of pediatric urolithiasis include 117 cases in our hospital as well as the diagnosis, treatment and the reason of postoperative complications. Results Most of the patients in our group came from faraway countryside. They were finally diagnosed by ultrasound and radiologic investigation . The treatment was focus in the open surgery in the past and there were less complications while microsurgery becoming popular. Conclusion Pediatric urolithiasis is different from the adult’ s and the curative effect is satisfactory. The microsurgery is the tendency.更多还原
