从膨润土制备4A分子筛的研究
Study on the Preparation of 4A Molecular Sieves from Bentonite
【摘要】 对辽宁抚顺膨润土湿法制备4A分子筛的工艺进行了研究,重点研究了膨润土深度开发产品的制备过程中反应的酸度、温度、时间、液固比、碱处理、凝胶混合物的配比等实验条件对上述相应产品性能的影响。对所制备的4A分子筛进行了XRD、SEM、TG-DTA等表征,通过钙交换容量(311~315 mg CaCO3/g)等性能测定对所制备的产品进行了质量检验,结果表明所制备的产品性能符合国家有关标准。
【Abstract】 The wet process for preparation of 4A molecular sieves from Fushun Bentonite was studied in this paper.Effects of PH value,temperature,reaction time,ratio of liquid to solid and treatment with alkali on the performance of end products were investigated emphatically.The 4A molecular sieves were characterized by XRD,SEM,TG-DTA.Their properties were tested by exchange capacity of Ca2+(311~315 mg/CaCO3/g).The products accorded with national standard.
