磷酸盐基耐热复合材料的制备与性能
Preparation and Properties of Phosphate Base Heat-resisting Composites
【摘要】 合成了磷酸铬铝树脂,同时制备了纤维增强复合材料。通过DSC分析了基体的交联固化,采用WD-1型电子万能实验机和SEM等研究了不同基体组成时的复合材料的力学性能和耐热性能。
【Abstract】 Phosphate chrome-alumina matrix has been synthesized, meanwhile the phosphate base composite enhanced by resurrection glass fibre was prepared. The crossing and curing of the matrix were analyzed through DSC, the mechanic property and the heat-resisting performance of the composites with different composition of matrixs was studied by SEM and WD-1electronic universal testing machine.
