一种含氟单体的合成及其乳液制备与性能的研究
Study on the Synthesis and Application of Fluoromonomer
【摘要】 以丙烯酰胺,全氟辛基磺酰氟为原料,三乙胺为催化剂,乙酸乙酯为溶剂合成含氟单体,并研究了其表面特性,表明其具有较好的表面活性。在乳化剂SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)浓度低于或接近于其CMC(胶束临界浓度值时,以此氟单体、丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,制备了含氟丙烯酸酯三元共聚乳液。得到的乳液具有较好的稀释稳定性,热稳定性和储藏稳定性;加入氟单体后,乳胶膜的吸水性降低,乳胶膜的抗水性有了一定的改变。含氟聚合物较好的热稳定性。已为热分析结果证明。
【Abstract】 The fluorinated monomer was synthesized by acrylamide (AM) and C8F17SO2F. its surface tension is very low as only 27.6mN/M, the value of CMC is 2.88×10-5 mol/ ml. These results show that the fluoromonomer has a good special surface properties, it can be used as surfactant. Fluorinated polymer is prepared by emulsion polymerization with fluoromonomer, butyl acrylate(BA), methyl methylacrylate(MMA), which has good dilution stability, thermal stability and store stability.The absorption rate for water of latex film decreased with increasing the amount of fluoromonomer. thermal analysis shows that the latex film has excellent thermal stability.
