【摘要】 目的:探讨中药化纤方对人胚肺二倍体纤维母细胞(2BS)增殖的抑制作用及其机理,为中医药介入肺纤维化防治提供实验和理论支持。方法:采用中药血清药理学实验方法,观察化纤方含药血清对2BS细胞的细胞增殖、细胞凋亡和细胞周期的影响。结果:经化纤方含药血清作用后,2BS细胞增殖受到显著抑制,并出现明显的细胞凋亡现象;化纤方各组S期细胞数显著增加,而G2/M期细胞数则明显下降,提示该方药可阻抑S期细胞向G2/M期的移行,从而抑制其分裂增殖。结论:化纤方有明显的抗肺纤维化作用,其作用机制可能是阻抑细胞增殖周期并诱导其发生细胞凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanism of the Chinese Compound Prescription Huaxianfang(HXF)on proliferation of 2BS cells.Methods:By using the method of pharmacology of the serum with Chinese drugs(PSCD),the HXF drug-serum was incubated with cultured 2BS cells.The cell proliferation and apoptosis were observed.Results:After treating with the drug-serum,the proliferation of 2BS cells was inhibited evidently.The cells showed characters of apoptosis.Compared with the control,the cell percent of S phase was increased and that of G 2/M phase were decreased.Conclusion:HXF cloud significantly inhibit the proliferation of 2BS cells and promote the apoptosis of these cells,which may be the important mechanisms of HXF’ treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.更多还原
