【摘要】 目的 :探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 2 (IGFBP - 2 )在胃癌组织中的表达。方法 :对 35例外科切除胃癌标本的正常粘膜、肿瘤原发灶和淋巴转移灶进行IGFBP - 2蛋白的免疫组化染色 ,并用计算机图象分析软件测定其积分光密度。结果 :肿瘤原发灶中IGFBP - 2蛋白表达水平比正常粘膜明显增高 (P <0 0 1) ,淋巴转移灶中IGFBP - 2蛋白表达较原发灶显著下调 (P <0 0 1) ) ;正常粘膜与淋巴转移灶中IGFBP - 2蛋白表达水平之间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :IGFBP - 2蛋白表达水平与胃癌细胞的侵袭生长呈正相关 ,而与淋巴转移程度呈负相关 ,在胃癌的侵袭生长中可能发挥着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of IGFBP-2 protein in gastric cancer tissues with metastasis of lymph node.Methods:The immunohistochemical expression of IGFBP-2 protein was measured by image analysis in 35 surgically resected specimens of gastric cancer(include normal mucosae,primary tumors and metastases of lymph node).Results:The expression of IGFBP-2 protein in gastric primary tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in normal mucosae (P<0.01).The significantly down-regulation was observed in lymphatic metastases compared with primary tumors (P<0.01).No statistical difference was observed between normal mucosae and lymphatic metastases (P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of IGFBP-2 protein was positively correlated with invasion,progression of gastric cancer cell,but negatively correlated with lymphatic metastasis of gastric cancer.It might play an important role in invasion and progression of gastric cancer.更多还原
