根茎类药材粉碎设备的实验研究
The comminution equipment for the rhizomatic traditional Chinese medicine
【摘要】 目的设计一种较理想的根茎类中药粉碎设备。方法针对根茎类中药甘草的物性特点,设计了剪切力为主的实验机,并与现有销棒式粉碎机进行了粉碎实验结果的对比。结果剪切机粉碎产物的粒度分布随转速增加而趋呈正态分布,平均粒径随甘草含水率降低而减小。结论剪切机型的粉碎效率明显优于销棒机型。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To optimize equipment for the comminution of rhizomatic traditional Chinese medicine.METHODS A kind of edge-type pulverizer was made to comminute Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch.,compared with a traditional Pin-type pulverizer.RESULTS With the increase of rotational speed,the granularity distribution of the production showed gradually normal distribution.The mean grain diameter decreased with the decrease of water content of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.CONCLUSION The edge-type pulverizer is evidently better than water content of pin-type pulverizer.
