【摘要】 目的建立测定水杨酸苯酚搽剂中水杨酸和苯酚含量的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,μBondapakC18色谱柱,甲醇-0.01mol.L-1醋酸钠-10%乙酸(50∶50∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长为272nm。结果水杨酸及苯酚的线性范围分别为0.01~0.06mg.ml-1(r=0.9990)和0.004~0.024mg.ml-1(r=0.9991);加样回收率分别为98.54%,RSD=1.2%(n=7)及98.68%,RSD=0.48%(n=7)。结论所用方法简便、灵敏,结果准确,可用于该制剂的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of salicylic acid and phenol in liniment. METHODS An HPLC method was adoped.μBondapak C₁₈ column was used for stationary phase and methanol-0.01 molL^-1 sodium acetate -10% acetic acid （5050（0.2）） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 272 nm. RESULTS The linear ranges of salicylic acid and phenol were 0.01-0.06 mgml^-1（r=0.9990） and 0.004-0.024 mgml^-1 （r=0.9991）, respectively. The average recovery was 98.54% with RSD of 1.2% and （98.68% ）with RSD of 0.48%（n=7）.CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and can be used for the quality control.更多还原
