【摘要】 目的　建立川白芷药材中总香豆素的含量测定方法。方法　采用紫外分光光度法,测定波长30 0nm。结果　线性范围2 .2～11.0 μg·ml-1(r=0 .9999) ,回收率为10 1.32 % ,RSD =3.34% (n =6 )。结论　所用方法准确、快速、重复性好,可用于川白芷药材中总香豆素的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the total content of coumarin in Angelica dahurica. METHODS The Coumarin in Chuan Baizhi was detected at 300 nm by UV method.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship within the range of 2.2-11.0 μg·ml -1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 101.32%(n=6) with RSD of 3.34%. CONCLUSION This method is rapid, reproducible, accurate and can be used for measuring the total content of coumarin in Chuan Baizhi.更多还原
