【摘要】 目的　探讨Fas、Fas L在成年灵长类动物恒河猴中枢神经系统(CNS)的分布。方法　取成年雄性恒河猴CNS制作冰冻切片,用免疫组织化学SP法染色,观察Fas、Fas L在成年恒河猴CNS的分布。结果　Fas、Fas L的阳性表达在恒河猴的CNS的分布不同。大脑皮质各层可见Fas L阳性神经细胞,以 、层的锥体细胞阳性明显,Fas未见分布。小脑皮质的梨状细胞层的Purkinge细胞胞浆和突起呈Fas阳性反应,而Fas L阳性神经元分布于小脑神经核。间脑中有Fas L阳性神经元分布。在脑干,Fas主要分布于前庭神经核、迷走神经背核和三叉神经脊束核的神经元;Fas L广泛分布在脑桥核、前庭神经核、三叉神经脊束核、舌下神经核、蜗神经核、网状结构和疑核。在脊髓,Fas、Fas L阳性神经元以前角大运动神经元最为明显,染色较深,白质内的胶质细胞和神经纤维亦有阳性反应。这两种因子的阳性反应均定位于胞浆和突起。结论　Fas、Fas L在CNS的多个部位都有表达,但各有侧重,提示这两种因子在维持CNS的免疫及生理功能方面可能发挥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution of Fas and FasL in the CNS of adult rhesus. Methods Frozen sections were incubated in polyclonal anti-Fas and anti-FasL antibody by the immunohistochemical SP method. Results The Fas and FasL immunopositive neurons were observed in many areas. Fas immunoreactivity could be seen in the cytoplasm and processes of Purkinje cells and in the brain stem nuclei, including vestibular nucleus, dorsal nucleus of vagus and spinal nucleus of trigeminal nerve. FasL immunopositive neurons were observed in cerebral cortex, especially in pyramidal neurons of lamina Ⅲ and Ⅴ, cerebellar nuclei, diencephalon, and brain stem nuclei involving pontine nucleus, vestibular nucleus, cochlear nucleus, spinal nucleus of trigeminal nerve, hypoglossal nucleus, nucleus ambiguous and reticular formation. Fas and FasL immunoreactivity mainly distributed in motor neurons of spinal ventral horn and neural fibers and glia cells in white matter. They all took on brown staining in the cytoplasm and process. Conclusion The distribution profiles of Fas and FasL in various areas of CNS indicate that they may fill some roles in the immune and physical function of the aforesaid anatomic sites.更多还原
