【Abstract】 1,2,4-triazolo()-1,3,4-thiadiazoles have been attached great importance because of their special biological activities.Twelve compounds have been prepared by reacting equal mole of 3-alkyl/aryl-4-amino 5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-chloro pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride at 100-115℃ for 7h.The structures of the compounds have been confirmed by elemental analysis,IR,~1H NMR.Their spectral properties were also discussed.更多还原
