【摘要】 [目的]探讨福州市糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者生存质量及其影响因素,为患者的治疗及预防提供科学依据。[方法]采用 DM 患者生存质量特异性测定量表(DSQL),对在福州市4家省级医院确诊的299名患者进行问卷调查,用 SPSS11．5软件包录入数据,Spearman’s 相关分析和多元逐步回归分析影响因素。[结果]福州市 DM 患者生存质量普遍下降,心理维度受损程度最大,其次是生理维度、治疗维度和社会维度。患病长短、文化程度、经济水平、有无并发症和自我评价等,是影响 DM 患者生存质量的主要因素。[结论]在给 DM 患者采取综合治疗的同时,应着重加强患者的心理引导和支持,正确认识和对待 DM,改善不良情绪,积极配合治疗,以提高其生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the life quality of diabetes mellitus (DM) and its influencing factors for the treat- ment and prevention in Fuzhou.[Methods] 299 cases from 4 provincial hospitals were selected and investigated using DSQL questionnaire.Spearman’s correlation and stepwise regression in SPSS 11.5 were used for analysis of influencing factors.[Results] The quality of life (QOL) of diabetics was not so better than several years ago in Fuzhou.Their QOL was firstly influenced by psychology,secondly was physiology,treatment and their social relationship.The main influ- encing factors on QOL were duration of diabetes,education level,income,complicating diseases and self-feeling.[Con- clusion] When comprehensive treating DM,psychotherapy and health education are very important for the improvement of their QOL.更多还原
