【Abstract】 Russia-China Oil Pipeline" problem is very important in the development of Sino-Russian relations, especially in the field of commercial trade. If we can deal well with this problem, it will play an active effect on the development of economy for both countries; otherwise, it will affect the further cooperation in all kind of field of both sides. This text discusses the background and process of "Russia-China Oil Pipeline", in particular, analyzes the strategy of China’s oil security in the future in order to show the non-traditional security factor, especially the status of oil security strengthens continuously at position in the national security. Chinese government must carry on extensive thinking about oil security issue brought by the dispute of "Russia-China Oil Pipeline", put forward the thorough but right strategy, so we can make sure in economic development in the future.更多还原
