丙烯腈接枝淀粉高吸水树脂的制备
Preparation of Super Water-Absorbing Resin of Grafting Vinyl Cyanide on Starch
【摘要】 以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,在玉米淀粉上接枝丙烯腈制得高吸水树脂,并采用正交实验找出最佳配比和最佳反应条件。最佳配比为:m(淀粉):m(单体)=1:1,m(引发剂):m(单体)=3:100;最佳反应条件为:接枝温度为30℃,接枝时间为90min。
【Abstract】 Super water-absorbing resin was prapared by grafting copolymerization of corn starch with vinyl cyanide and using ammonium cerous nitrate as initiating agent. The optimum raw material ratios and reaction conditions were found out by orthogonal experiment. The optimum raw material ratios are m(corn starch):m(monomer)=1:1, m(initiating agent):m(monomer)=3:100. The optimum reaction conditions are grafting temperature 30℃, grafting time 90 min.
