非线型光生色团4’-正戊烷氧基-4-氰基二联苯及其助剂正溴戊烷的合成

【摘要】 用硫溴法合成了正溴戊烷,研究了该法的物料配比及反应条件。当溴醇体积比为0.23 ̄0.29,水醇体积比为0.17 ̄0.35,反应回流7h,反应前期温度约40℃,中期温度约100℃,蒸馏温度130 ̄135℃时,正溴戊烷产率较高。这种方法具有产率高,成本低,经济效益好,反应易控制等优点。用自制的正溴戊烷合成4’-正戊烷氧基-4-氰基二联苯(4’-(pentyloxy)-4-biphenylcarbonitrile5OCB),核磁共振测定合成物结构与其分子式结构相吻合。

【Abstract】 1-bromopentane was synthesized by sulfur-bromine method.Raw materials proportions and reaction conditions were investigated.The yield is high when volume ratio of bromine to 1-pentanol is 0.23 ̄0.29,volume ratio of water to 1-pentanol is 0.17 ̄0.35, reflux time is 7h, initial stage reaction temperature is about 40℃,mid-term temperature is about 100℃ and distillation temperature is 130 ̄135℃.The experimental method has advantages of high yield,low cost,good economic benefit,easy control,etc.50CB was synthesized using self-made 1-bromopentane.It is found 1HNMR by data of that the product structure and the molecule structure are same.
