与LED匹配的白光发射荧光体的研究进展
The Development of the White Converter based on LED
【摘要】 综述了自1996年第一个YAG:Ce+InGaN白光LED问世以来与LED匹配的白光发射荧光体的研究进展。介绍了对传统光转换材料YAG:Ce的改良工作,包括发射位置的调节、显色性的提高。介绍了新型的光转换材料Sr3SiO5:Eu2+、SrGa2S4:Eu2+、CaAlSiON:Eu2+、BAM:Eu2++Mn2+和一些发光聚合物等。最后展望了该类发光材料的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The development of the white converter based on LED, since the first YAG:Ce based InGaN white LED was invented in 1996, is summarized. The improvement of the conventional converter YAG:Ce, including the emission adjustment and the CRI improvement, has been introduced. Some novel converters, such as Sr3SiO5:Eu2+, SrGa2S4:Eu2+, CaAlSiON:Eu2+, BAM:Eu2++Mn2+ and some luminescence polymer, are discussed. At last, the prospect of the development of this kind of luminescent materials is presented.
