碱性催化反应液中葡萄糖酸钠的分光光度法测定
Spectrophotometric Determination of Sodium Gluconate in the Alkaline Mixed Solution Produced by a Catalytic Reaction
【摘要】 讨论了碱性条件下,利用葡萄糖酸钠与二价铜离子形成较稳定的配合物而显色的原理,进行分光光度法检测葡萄糖酸钠并对实验条件及各种影响因素进行了探讨。研究表明,检测波长为660 nm,试样浓度在1.00~10.00 mmol/L范围内符合比耳定律。线性回归方程为:y=0.0299+0.0814x,r2=0.9982,回收率大于98%。该法对催化样品的测试结果与毛细管电泳-电化学检测法(CE-ED)所得结果极为相近。该分析方法简单、可靠、方便,具有较高的实用性和可操作性。
【Abstract】 A method for the spectrophotometric determination of gluconate in the alkaline mixed solution was studied. In alkaline solution, sodium gluconate reacts with Cu(II) ion to form a stable complex which can be used for its spectrophotometric determination. The absorption spectrum of this complex shows a well-defined absorbance maximum at 660 nm. In the range of 1.00~10.00 mmol/L of gluconate, the Beer’s rule is obeyed. The linear regression equation is y=0.0299+0.0814x,r~2=0.9982. The recovery rates are over 98%. The analytical results of the current method well agree with those of CE-ED method. The method proposed here is rapid, sensitive, precise, reproducible, inexpensive and convenient, and therefore may be a practicable one.
