3-羟基丙醛加氢制1,3-丙二醇的研究
Studies on Hydrogenation of 3-Hydroxypropionaldehyde to 1,3-Propanediol
【摘要】 以Ni Al2O3为催化剂,在固定床反应器上考察了3 羟基丙醛(3 HPA)加氢制1,3 丙二醇(1,3 PDO)的反应工艺条件,结果表明,当反应温度为70°C、反应压力为5.0MPa、氢气与3 羟基丙醛摩尔比为7.0、3 HPA液时空速(LHSV)为6.0h-1时,3 HPA转化率100%,1,3 PDO选择性大于99%。
【Abstract】 The hydrogenation of 3-hydroxypropionaldehyde(3-HPA) to 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PDO) on Ni/Al2O3 catalyst was studied in a fixed-bed reactor. Under the conditions of 70(°C), 5.0 MPa, LHSV 6.0 h-1 and the molar ratio of H2 to 3-HPA 7.0, the conversion of 3-HPA and the selectivity of 1,3-PDO could be 100% and greater than 99%, respectively.
