【Abstract】 Quantum dots are tiny light-emitting particles on the nanometer scale.As a new type of biological labeling,it is better than traditional organic dye for its special optical property.This paper summarizes the properties and the synthesis of the quantum dots.Compared with traditional organic dyes,quantum dots probes have better spectral features and are more photochemically stable.The applications of quantum dots in biochemical analysis were reviewed and the prospects on the bioconjugated fluorescent probes were discussed.更多还原
