量子点的合成及在生物分析中的应用

【摘要】 综述了量子点的性质,比较了量子点与传统有机染料分子作为荧光标记试剂的优缺点,对国内外量子点的合成进行了归纳,同时对量子点在生物体系中的应用和前景进行了综述和展望。

【Abstract】 Quantum dots are tiny light-emitting particles on the nanometer scale.As a new type of biological labeling,it is better than traditional organic dye for its special optical property.This paper summarizes the properties and the synthesis of the quantum dots.Compared with traditional organic dyes,quantum dots probes have better spectral features and are more photochemically stable.The applications of quantum dots in biochemical analysis were reviewed and the prospects on the bioconjugated fluorescent probes were discussed.
