DMAP循环催化Baylis-Hillman反应的研究
Study of the recyclic catalytic system of DMAP in the Baylis-Hillman reaction
【摘要】 研究了对二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)在二氯甲烷/DMF中均相催化Baylis-Hillman反应的催化体系。反应毕,加入盐酸使催化剂成盐,两相分离。考察了DMAP多次循环使用时催化活性的变化,在DMAP回收率>97.0%,且DMAP循环使用5次后其催化活性未见降低。另考察了几种醛类在该反应体系中与丙烯酸甲酯的反应情况,发现芳香醛上吸电基团的存在有利于反应的进行。
【Abstract】 The catalytic system,with DMAP as catalyst,dichloromethane and DMF as solvent,has been studied.After the homogeneous catalytic Baylis-Hillman reaction,hydrochloric acid was added to change the catalyst into hydrochloride which was then separated from the system.The activity of the catalyst has been investigated as it recycled.It was found that the recovery of the catalyst was more than 97.0% and its activity did not decrease after recycling for 5 times.In this paper,several aldehydes reacting with methyl acrylate were studied,and it was found that the electron withdrawing group in the aromatic ring was favorable for the reaction.
