新型壳聚糖固载β-环糊精的合成
Synthesis of a new β -cyclodextrin-immobilized chitosan
【摘要】 以壳聚糖为原料,利用烯丙基取代β- 环糊精(ASC)中的双键与壳聚糖的氨基反应,制备了新型壳聚糖固载β- 环糊精产物(CTC)。其结构通过红外光谱、X 射线衍射技术分析得到了确证。该产物中β- 环糊精(β- CD)的表观固载量为2 6. 4μmol/g。
【Abstract】 A new β -cyclodextrin-immobilized chitosan has been synthesized by the reaction of chitosan and allyl-substituted β -cyclodextrin.Its structure has been proved by Fourier transform infrared spectral analysis, X -ray powder diffraction analysis and chemical analysis.
