酸性品红退色光度法测定微量溴酸根离子的研究
Study on spectrophotometric determination of micro amount of BrO3- by oxidation decoloration of acid fuchsin
【摘要】 研究了在硫酸介质中,在硫酸钠的催化作用下,溴酸根离子氧化酸性品红的最佳反应条件。退色溶液的最大吸收波长为575nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.32×105L·mol-1·cm-1,溴酸根离子在3.0~18μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。该法用于化学试剂中微量溴酸根离子的测定,获得了满意的结果。
【Abstract】 The optimum reaction conditions for oxidation of acid fuchsin in a sulfuric acid medium by BrO-3 with sodium sulfate as the catalyst were studied.The maximum absorption wavelength of the decoloring solution was 575nm with a molar absorptivity of 1.32×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,and the linear range was 3.0~18μg/25mL of BrO-3.The method was applied to the determination of micro amount of BrO-3 in chemical reagents with satisfactory results.
