【Abstract】 A simple effective synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin -2(1H)-one derivatives,using n-Bu 2SnO as catalyst,from aldehydes, β-keto esters and urea under solvent-free conditions at 100℃ is described.This new procedure for the Biginelli reaction has such advantages as high yields,short reaction time,and simple work-up procedure.In addition the catalyst is reusable and can be applied several times without any decrease in the yield of the reactions.更多还原
