树枝状聚丙烯亚胺氰端基的催化还原研究
Catalytic bydrogenation of cyano-terminated poly (propy-leneimine) dendrimers
【摘要】 研究了几类常用催化剂在催化氢化低代数氰端基树枝状聚丙烯基亚胺(PPI)的催化性能。漆原钴的催化选择性好,催化氢化过程中发生的副反应较少,还原产物1.0G PPI的产率为95%,伯胺值高达90%,比用Raney Ni催化氢化生成的产物的伯胺值提高了约10%。
【Abstract】 Poly ( propyleneimine ) ( PPI) dendrimer was usually prepared by repeating Michael addition and catalytic hydrogena-tion. In this work, catalytic activity of several common catalysts has been investigated in reductive hydrogenation of cyano-termi-nated PPI of 0.5 generation. Of all the catalysts used.Urushibara-Co showed the best catalytic selectivity, and the hydrogenation provided PPI dendrimer of 1.0 generation in 95% yield. The result of product analysis indicated that the content of primary amine was as high as 90%, which is much higher than that obtained in the corresponding hydrogenation catalyzed by Raney Ni.
