【摘要】 从分析可视会商业务系统的发展现状入手,介绍了可视会商业务系统的发展历程和组建方式,并针对气象部门的业务应用需求,规划设计了江西省、市之间基于H.323标准的建设方案。根据这个方案,采取部门宽带IP网加硬件终端的组网方式,建设了江西可视会商业务系统。该系统可以实现多种会议控制、双屏显示、双视传送、VGA图像无失真传送等功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of the visual consultation operational system is analy zed at present. Then present the history and constitution of it. According to th e application request of the weather department in jiangxi province,the construc t project based on H.323 standard is designed .In the project,adopt wideband ip network of department and hardware terminal, we set up the visual consultation o perational system of Jiangxi province, which accomplishes the functions includin g multi conference control, dual-display, dual-transmission, unlooses transfers of VGA image etc.更多还原
