十二硫醇在自交联乳胶涂料中的应用
Application of Dodecyl Mercaptan to Self-Crosslinkable Latex Paint
【摘要】 在自交联的丙烯酸酯类乳液体系中,引入链转移剂十二硫醇(DDM)。研究了DDM对乳液体系聚合速度、分子量及其分布、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、最低成膜温度(MMFT)、乳胶膜的凝胶含量、溶胀比以及力学性能的影响。
【Abstract】 Dodecyl mercaptan(DDM) as chain transfer agent was introduced into self-crosslinkable acrylate emulsion system.Effects of DDM on polymerization rate,molecular weight,molecular weight distribution,glass-transition temperature(Tg),minimum film formation temperature(MMFT) of the emulsion,gel content,swelling ratio and mechanical performance of the latex film were studied.
