定形相变材料的表面亲水改性研究
Study of Surface Hydrophilicity Modification of Shape-Set Phase-Change Materials (PCM)
【摘要】 定形相变材料是一种不需要封装的相变材料,可与石膏或水泥直接复合,但在复合过程中,存在分散效果差、浸润性不好的问题。针对以上问题,本文采用表面活性剂对定形相变材料进行表面改性,使其由憎水变为亲水,从而改善分散效果和加强复合材料的界面结合。这一低成本表面改性技术为定形相变材料与水泥或石膏复合打下了基础。
【Abstract】 Shape-set PCM, a kind of phase-change material that needs no encapsula tion, can be directly compounded with gypsum or cement, yet in the process of co mpounding there exists the problem of poor dispersion and infiltration. Aimed at this, surfactant was used to modify surface of shape-set PCM, turning it from h ydrophobicity to hydrophilicity, therefore improving dispersion effects and enh ancing interfacial bonding with compounded material. This low-cost surface modif ication technology was really favourable for shape-set PCM to be compounded with gypsum or cement.
