磺化草类碱木素作为混凝土减水剂的性能研究
Study of Performance of Sulfonated Alkali Lignin Used as Water Reducer for Concrete
【摘要】 实验研究了磺化碱木素用作混凝土减水剂的性能。结果表明:经磺化改性后的产品分散性能得到明显的改善,在0.25%掺量下,混凝土减水率达到12.1%,并有一定的缓凝作用;初凝时间延长1h,终凝时间延长2 ̄3h;对砂浆抗压强度及混凝土抗压强度都有较大的提高。在0.1%、0.3%掺量下对砂浆3d抗压强度比达到143%、135%;28d的抗压强度比达到122%、115%。
【Abstract】 Performance of sulfonated alkali lignin used as water reducer for concrete was experimented. Testing results showed that dispersion of the sulfonated product was improved obviously and at the addition of 0.25% water reducer, water reduction of the concrete was up to 12.1%, its initial setting time 1 hr retarded while final setting time was 2-3 hrs retarded, compressive strength for mortar and concrete were increased a lot. At the addition of 0.1% and 0.3%, 3 day compressive atrength ratio of mortar reached 143% and 135% while 28 day compressive strength ratio of mortar reached 122% and 115%.
